I'm Emily Rheinbolt, a documentary wedding and portrait photographer living near Charlotte, NC with three little wildlings and a mini zoo.        

I love people! I believe the subjects of my photos stand for themselves: they are beautiful, charming, and lively. Everyone has a story, and my clients allow me to capture their's with creative lead. All the laughter, goofy faces, and tender moments cannot be posed or replicated. When you gaze up into your fiance's eyes with so much love in your heart, when he kisses you on the shoulder or brushes your hair away, when you look at your precious newborn child in amazement, or when you're  graduating school and can't contain your excitement, capturing these moments artfully is my specialty.

Ten years ago I picked up a DSLR and began photographing landscapes, but nine years ago I completed my first portrait session and wouldn't dream of looking back! The emotion, beauty, and rawness of portraiture is indescribable without a camera.
